We have an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic, creative and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to join the team at Aramark UK aligned to Everton Football Club. Reporting to the Food, Beverage and Experiences Director with a dotted line into the Head of Marketing, the successful individual will be tasked with owning and managing the EFC marketing strategy and all associated digital marketing activity for the site ensuring consistency and brand standards are met. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Digital Marketing coupled with a passion for Sports and Entertainment. You will ooze creative flair, be able to drive innovation and have CMS experience. This is a full time and permanent position which will be based at both Everton Stadium and EFC’s stunning offices at the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool What’s in it for you: £45,000 salary Site based role Flexibility to work weekends where required Generous annual leave that increases in line with service, with the opportunity to buy extra Excellent development opportunities to further learn within the role Defined contribution pension scheme and life assurance benefits Access to an employee benefit scheme that offers discounts across hundreds of retail and leisure providers Employee Assistance Programme and in-house Mental Health Champions FOOD A plethora of opportunities to attend in-house events and try out the culinary genius of our teams (we are a food business after all) Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver on the Everton FC marketing strategy and ensuring key objectives are met Responsible for content and consumer experience on critical technology platforms within the Everton Stadium to include Amazon Just Walk Out stores, self order kiosk platforms, mobile app FB experiences, digital signage Ensure all customer facing marketing content is consistent and aligned to brand standards Manage the relationships with technology and retail partners Work with design and animation partners to manage the content schedule for all digital platforms at the stadium Manage the non-matchday digital media presence to drive enquiries Drive additional commercial exploration – e.g. schedule of events at the Fan Plaza Key Requirements: A demonstrated background in digital marketing Experience using content management systems A passion for Sports & Entertainment and a keen interest to work in the industry Adobe experience is desirable, but not essential A degree in a relevant subject is desirable, but not essential If you are applying for this role and you already work for Aramark, you must notify your line manager before submitting your application.
