The successful applicant will play an integral role in providing business development and sales support.\n\nYou will assist by being a point of contact for customer order processing and sales enquiries and will act as a company ‘front line’ representative.\n\nCandidates will be able to offer and maintain an excellent level of customer service.\n\nThis is not a sales role, but is a primary contact position with new and established customers via telephone and email communications\n\nThe successful applicant will also participate in order processing, supporting and liaising with other parts of the business and providing valuable support to the business development team.\n\nEssential skills:\n\nExcellent computer skills and knowledge of computerised systems including CRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.\nFamiliarity with using online sales channels such as Amazon Vendor Central or Sellar Central.\nAbility to integrate into a small team and flexibility to offer support in key areas of the business.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nThe successful candidate should have 2 years previous experience in a similar role.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\n\nRelated administration experience.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and use your initiative.\nExperience of working in a busy and dynamic office environment, with the ability to keep to tight deadlines.\nStrong interpersonal and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.\nA high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities will include:\n\nAnswering telephone and email enquiries from customers, company representatives and end users.\nUpdating customers on progress of orders and any potential changes to availability of stock.\nLiaising with company sales agents to ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner.\nInputting customer sales orders and preparation of shipping and commercial documents along with sales reports using excel spread sheets, CRM and accounting software.\nLiaising with the warehouse to obtain updates on all aspects of customer shipments.\nThorough training will be given in related procedures, practices and products.\n\nInterested in this Sales Support Assistant role?
