Their operations span across Europe and they are renowned for their commitment to growing the circular economy, recycling materials for use in large construction projects.
Job Description
* Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
* Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
* Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
* Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
* Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
* Developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* CIPD Level 5 or HR focused degree
* Proven experience in an HR role
* Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
* A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
