Job Title: Specialist Mental Health Registered Manager
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum DOE, plus £5,000 annual quality and commercial bonus
Working Hour: Full-time
Service: Children’s Home with specialist mental health provisions
Service Users: Young People with CAMHS needs, including behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
Home: Multi-site residential and educational CAMHS provision
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (essential); Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred or must enrol within 6 months)
Experience in Years: At least 2 years in residential care of children, with 1 year in a supervisory role

Essential Requirements and Experience
* Experience: At least 2 years in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
* Qualifications: Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (essential); Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred or must enrol within 6 months).
* Knowledge: Understanding of Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
* Skills: Proficiency in planning, organising, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
* Specialist Knowledge: Trauma-informed approaches and managing challenging behaviours.
* Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
