Job Description
Role Summary
To play a key role as a member of the Aftermarket team in maintaining and developing the MANN-FILTER and WIX Filtration brand in the UK and Ireland Aftermarket.
Main Tasks
1. Support distributors in the Aftermarket to ensure organisational growth is maximised.
2. Handle customer requests and queries on a day-to-day basis.
3. Manage a Key customer account, acting as contact with procurement team and sales operations.
4. Attend trade shows and work outs with key customers.
5. Present to garage owners / trade nights, ensuring best practice when promoting MANN-FILTER and WIX brands.
6. Analysis of spend / customer trends, ensuring stock management and cleanse process delivered as per contract.
7. Prepare reports / sales activity logs as per department needs.
8. Influence and assist in the development of the Company’s approach to the Aftermarket Division.
9. Maximise the potential revenue for the Company’s products at agreeable margins.
10. Act as the Company’s “eyes and ears” in the marketplace, providing relevant information and data on market developments within the Aftermarket.
11. Assist in the creation and execution of short and long term business plans.
12. Prepare, present and execute proposals for new customers including pricing, marketing & logistics.

3. Buying group experience.
4. Active knowledge in the UK Aftermarket for AM spares.
5. Previous experience in a similar Sales role essential.
6. Literate and Numerate.
7. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
8. Ability to grow with the Company and develop themselves through a mixture of work experience and training to be eligible for promotion within the future.
9. Good negotiation skills.
10. Flexible.
11. Decisive, determined.
12. Excellent communicator / influencing skills.
