Job Title: Temporary Project Coordinator
Location: Peterborough, Office Based.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break
Contract Duration: Temporary position until December 2024
Salary: £12ph
About the Role: We are looking for a meticulous and organised Temporary Project Coordinator to join our client’s finance team and assist with a crucial data recovery project. This role involves reviewing and verifying data between the old and new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review records in the new CRM system and compare them with data in the old system.
2. Identify any discrepancies or missing information.
3. Manually transfer data from the old system to the new one where necessary.
4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of data.
5. Communicate effectively with the team to report on progress and any issues encountered.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in data entry or data cleansing roles.
2. Experience with finance data would be an advantage.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Good organisational and time management skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems.
6. Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
