Key responsibilities The Business Transformation Manager within Allianz Partners' Chief Transformation Office is central to the operational aspects of delivery. Through this role you will define the parameters of operational excellence and place the guardrails of organizational structure, operational governance, product management, delivery processes and enabling tooling. You will work with senior value stream leaders to take ownership of their continuous improvement of their operations and through your support, guidance and contributions enable better faster outcomes for a given cost to operate, whilst remaining compliant in a regulated industry. As a leader of delivery facilitation experts, you take the responsibility to grow a capability within Allianz Partners towards decentralized empowered operations that both proactively assesses delivery maturity but also seeks to improve it against a common vision of delivery excellence that you set. Through this role, you will focus mainly on below activities: Cultivate and manage a passionate team of delivery excellence professionals focused on outcomes over outputs. Mentor and guide the team, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth. Develop and deliver against a strategy of operational transformation with a clear roadmap to show direction and progress. Bring the fundamentals of outcome focus, customer centricity, systems thinking and complexity theory to the delivery approaches of Allianz Partners to ensure the right metrics are in place to assess its contextually designed ways of working. Actively work to represent Allianz Partners as a contributor towards thought leadership within the full Allianz Group and in the enterprise agility industry including participation in conferences and community of practice events. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership peers and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Build a personal reputation for competence, clarity and empowered confidence. Promote a culture of psychological safety through vulnerability, trust, transparency, and accountability within the team. What you bring At least seven years of subject matter experience in agile thinking and delivery. Provable exposure and understanding of various agile frameworks and supporting workflow tooling. Bring at least three years of leadership experience in enterprise agility transformation. Practical experience of best-in-class ways of working outside of an Allianz context. Deep experience in IT delivery with at least a basic understanding of software architecture, release management and the dichotomies of buy vs build, in house vs outsource and onshore vs offshore. Experienced in product management covering discovery, design thinking, incremental definition, backlog management and user research. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, complemented by excellent tactical execution. Possess dynamic communication abilities, effectively presenting complex data insights to diverse audiences and inspiring stakeholders at all levels.
