Position Overview
About the Role:
GeoPura is looking for an experienced and proactive Brand Manager to take ownership of brand development as we continue to grow. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate our brand, ensuring that GeoPura is effectively positioned in the marketplace and maximising opportunities to stand out across every touchpoint.
This is a varied role within a busy marketing team, encompassing internal and external branding across multiple product lines and customer segments. Working closely with high-profile partners, including the BBC, MOD, Live Nation, Balfour Beatty, and major film and TV productions, you will develop and execute brand strategies, drive brand awareness, and create co-branding and cross-promotion opportunities.
As part of a small but growing team, this is a hands-on role requiring strong collaboration across the business to ensure the effective and timely implementation and execution of brand activations. You will be supported by the internal team and external agencies to deliver high-impact brand initiatives.
With international expansion on the horizon, this role presents an opportunity to play a key part in shaping GeoPura’s global brand presence as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy & Development: Own and develop GeoPura’s brand identity, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
* Brand Activation & Management: Oversee brand implementation across multiple touchpoints, ensuring high visibility and alignment with business objectives.
* Co-Branding & Partnerships: Maximise opportunities for co-branding and cross-promotion with major partners across industries including film, TV, live events, and construction.
* Content & Campaigns: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop engaging branded content and campaigns that enhance awareness and engagement.
* Event & On-Site Brand Representation: Act as a brand advocate at industry events, customer sites, and live activations to ensure brand visibility and consistency.
* Brand Protection & Trademarks: Support trademark and brand protection strategies to safeguard GeoPura’s assets and reputation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment with business goals.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, ideally within B2B industries such as clean tech, energy, or events.
* Strong track record of executing brand strategies across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
* Experience working with co-branding, sponsorships, and partner marketing.
* Knowledge of trademarks and brand protection strategies (advantageous but not essential).
* Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
* Excellent storytelling and brand communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
* Experience with events, live activations, and on-site brand representation.
* Content creation experience, including developing brand assets, video content, and marketing materials (desirable).
