Reporting to our Head of Client Support, we would love to hear from you if you bring:

* PC literate and possess a good overall working knowledge of all Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional telephone manner
Role Specific Responsibilities
* To assist in the administration of a portfolio of policies for our Corporate and Individual clients.
* Provide support by being the first port of call for answering Nugent Santé and Santé Life’s phonelines.
* To maintain the firm’s bespoke customer database ArchAngel at all times.
* To answer any client queries accurately and in a professional and timely manner and to keep accurate clear and concise records for audit trail purposes.
* Providing administration support to the Client Support Advisers and Independent Insurance Consultants.
* Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
* Responsible for franking all outgoing mail and taking mail to a post box each day.
* Checking that all documentation received from insurers is accurate.
* To ensure that your allocated ‘task list’ is always kept up to date complying with the firm’s SLA’s.
* To ensure that all client information is treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
* Assist in maintaining good working relationships with insurance companies.
* Receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them.
* Any other ad hoc administration duties.
Regulatory Responsibilities
Awareness of the rules and regulations and practice requirements of all regulatory procedures including the Financial Conduct Authority, Data Protection Act and Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
* Knowledge of using Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Clear telephone manner and clear listening skills.
* To demonstrate drive and positive approach to work and a determination and motivation to achieve all tasks assigned accurately and in a timely manner.
