Salary: 75,000 - 75,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure services, including data centres, cloud (Azure, AWS), and network operations.
* Strong leadership experience with global IT teams.
* Experience in managing 24/7 IT operations with a focus on service availability and performance.
* Expertise in disaster recovery planning, testing, and risk management.
* Hands-on experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
* Knowledge of security standards and practices, with a focus on ensuring compliance across IT services.
* Familiarity with vendor management and oversight of outsourced service providers.
Responsibilities:
* As the IT Infrastructure and Operations Lead, I will oversee the delivery and management of IT infrastructure across multiple global locations. I will lead a team responsible for ensuring 24/7 service availability, managing both cloud and on-premises hosting solutions, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. This hands-on leadership role will require me to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the success of the infrastructure services. I will also drive technology adoption and continuous improvements across IT systems to support business goals and operational efficiency.
