A worldwide global manufacturer is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their increasingly growing business, as a Sales Administrator you will play a pivotal role in the preparation of technical quotations. Over the years they have had strong investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training etc. in order for the team and business to further develop.
Role & Responsibilities:
9. Deliver the Production plan for the designated area on a required basis (Daily, Weekly, Etc.) including work orders, Production records and Lookaheads
10. Control and process Production records, bulk packing, conversions, and scrap records with Production in a timely manner
11. Create weekly capacity analysis for planning review with Production
12. Create and maintain the cycle count schedule, allocation of stock parts to cycle count ID’s, control adherence and processing of variances with finance in GP system
13. Coordinate with Design on BOM & Drawing release and updates
14. Liaise with purchasing and production to rectify stock shortages and anomalies
15. Maintain communications with Project coordinators to keep advised of any potential and actual delays to plan
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
16. Experience within a Manufacturing factory environment
17. Planning or Production Control experience
18. Understanding of BOMs (Bills of Materials) & routing structures
19. IT Literate – MS Excel (Intermediate min. Advanced preferred) & Word
20. Experience with MS Great Plains would be desirable but not essential
