Customer Advisor - TradePoint
Part time 18.75 hrs
3 Month Fixed Term Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 8.00pm
UK Notional hourly rate £12.21 per hour

Key responsibilities
1. The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you'll deal with all kinds of trade members every day.
2. Take ownership of your TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations.
3. Recommend the right products and services for them.
Required skills & experience
1. A great communicator and team worker with the ability to get on with all kinds of colleagues and customers.
2. Ability to adjust your approach in different situations and build relationships with customers.
3. Eye for new business opportunities.
4. Love helping trade members get great value through promotions and signing up for our trade loyalty scheme.
5. Willingness to continuously develop your skills through training and learning from others.
6. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
