Job Title : Senior Customer Service Representative Location : Letchworth Salary : £35,000 - £38,000 Basis : PermanentWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative to work with one of our clients who specialise within the medical industry. This role would be excellent for someone who relishes working in a fast-paced environment and who excels at delivering excellent customer service.This permanent role involves working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, primarily from the head office in Letchworth, with opportunities to work flexibly. Senior Customer Service Representative - Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the Customer Services team Manage productivity and workload ensuring timely completion of customer service tasks Handle customer orders and invoicing efficiently Collaborate with customer services and warehouse teams to resolve issues Generate monthly and quarterly reports using Excel Enter purchase orders and raise invoices/credits using JD Edwards Process equipment hire bookings Communicate with couriers Address queries from hospital staff and sales representatives via phone and email Assist with administrative tasks and support the General Manager and Marketing team as needed Senior Customer Service Representative - Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Customer Services Team Outstanding customer service abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates a logical and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships at all levels Knowledge of medical-product and process life cycle would be beneficial MS Office applications (essential) Expertise in order fulfilment processes (essential) Internal and external client-orientation (essential) Result-driven orientation (essential) Knowledge of WH Management software, or similar (desirable) Expertise in human, material and infrastructural resources management (desirable) Company Benefits Bonus schemes Pension scheme (6% pension contribution) Annual holidays (24 days holiday plus bank holidays) Private health care Death in service policy Excellent and supportive team and working environment
