Title: Account Manager / Project Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: UK London/Hybrid
The team and I here at Albion Rye Associates are currently partnered with an independent boutique but global drinks consultancy where everyone in the company lives and breathes the passion of the drinks industry. The team is made up of true professionals who have focus and expertise within this niche industry. They consult and work with many of the leading drink groups on major sales, innovation, and brand marketing initiatives.
This role will really suit a bubbly and outgoing Project Manager who loves growing client relationships, managing projects from start to finish involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and that has a passion for consumer research and the drinks industry!!!!
Key Responsibilities:
Managing & supporting Directors on a range of client accounts day to day and in some cases be the first point of contact ensuring their needs and expectations are managed and fulfilled.
Managing client relationships and project logistics, including timelines, deadlines, and communication – Internally and externally.
Act as the ‘eyes and ears’ of the client, ensuring project reports and strategic implications are in line with the client, their culture and wider business needs.
Partner with their global network of drinks consultants and independent researchers. This will include tasks such as: briefing the anchors on project requirements, chasing for data collection, setting up interview calls, problem solving with them around challenges they may face and recognising when to escalate upwards for support, analysing sales data, inputting into a common framework & analysis, fieldwork execution and timeline management & keeping on top of budget.
Partnering with finance and operations on forecasting, resourcing, and project-related adminSupporting client and business development by identifying new opportunities, helping support pitches and writing proposals
Requirements:
3 years + demonstrated experience as an Project Manager/ Account Manager from a design, advertising, strategy or research agency.
Experience in the drinks industry is a plus
Good appreciation for the world of consumer behaviour, brands, innovation and cultural trends and the opportunities they present for brands
An ability to thrive within an independent working environment which means getting involved straight off the bat, enjoying autonomy and learning as you go

Great organisational/project management skills that help keep you (and others) on track
