We have an exciting opportunity to join the internal sales team at our Newburn branch. This is a great opportunity to join the internal sales team selling a range of building materials to both trade and retail customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally from a merchant background, and be looking to develop their career in a busy sales environment. With a passion to deliver excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone, you will contribute to the branch sales targets whilst developing ongoing working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers. You’ll have a natural drive for achieving targets, following up on customer enquiries and managing accounts and stock on a day-to-day basis.
You’ll need to be resilient and adaptable with the ability to juggle changing priorities in one of our busiest branches.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturdays 08.00am to 12.00pm.
