What You'll Be Doing: Leading the development of domestic retrofit solutions, helping clients achieve their net-zero goals. Ensuring full compliance with PAS2035 & DESNZ funding requirements. Driving retrofit accreditation & compliance across Mears Group. Building and leading a team of specialists to deliver outstanding results. Managing client relationships, helping secure funding and drive successful projects. Role Criteria: ✅ Proven expertise in domestic retrofit and low-carbon housing solutions. ✅ SHDF, WH:SHF, HUG, and ECO funding experience, from bidding to reporting. ✅ Deep understanding of PAS2035 compliance. ✅ Experience working with social housing providers. ✅ Ability to develop and deliver innovative retrofit solutions. ✅ Strong leadership skills—you're great at building, managing, and inspiring teams What’s in It for You?
