A receptionist is required for the main University reception on Middlesbrough campus. The successful candidate will provide an exceptional and professional reception and customer service experience to staff, students and visitors, and will carry out reception based administrative tasks such as room bookings and enquiry management system queries as part of a wider Campus Services administration team.
Experience of working on a busy reception desk or in a setting where there is regular contact with customers is essential, as is a helpful and friendly disposition.
Familiarity with typical office based IT systems is required.
