Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, expected to work full-time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous experience in teaching or working with students preferred Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum Effective classroom management techniques Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Proficient in using technology in the classroom Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience working as a supply teacher in a similar setting Working Conditions: The role may require flexibility in working hours and travel to different schools within the area.
