Salary: £26,409 – £30,060 per annum

The Role:
Family Drug and Alcohol Courts (FDAC) are an innovative, problem-solving, and evidenced based multi-disciplinary intervention with families in the court arena. Evidence has shown that FDACs deliver better outcomes for families and children involved in the public family law justice system.
The FDAC trained judges work in conjunction with the specialist team to support parents in overcoming substance misuse and related challenges to ensure they can safely care for their children. We have recently created this new and innovative service within Liverpool City Council and are looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to join the team!
* You will be an experienced Business Support Officer who can provide comprehensive administrative support to a diverse multi-disciplined team. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for all court hearings, meetings, and case reviews in a timely manner.
* As a Business Support Officer, you will be confident in being the first point of contact, providing clear communication and support for all families regarding their cases and resources available, building positive relationships ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
* As the Business Support Officer, you will have strong organisational skills with good experience in diary management and be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks in tight deadlines to ensure smooth service delivery at all times, ensuring full compliance with confidentiality, data protection and legal requirements.
* You will be a good team player and be equally capable of individual work. This role will be vital to enabling the team to be effective in their work.
