Location: Claystone School, Ludlow, LU14LL
Salary: Up to £45,000 perannum
Hours: 37.5 hours perweek; Monday to Friday
Contract: UK applicantsonly.

To provide a high qualityeducation service for our students in accordance with Companypolicies, procedures and practices and the standards set by theRegulatory Body
Key Task Areasand Responsibilities
* To plan, deliver and teach individual studentsor small groups, in accordance with the School’s Curriculumframework and related policies
* To monitor, record and report on studentprogress
* To contribute toand help implement developments that relate to the SchoolDevelopment Plan
* Topromote, in line with Company policies, the physical, educationaland moral development of the students
* To contribute to the development andimplementation of an environment and programme of learning for theindividual student to ensure progression at an appropriate andsatisfactory rate
* To takeresponsibility for coordinating the teaching, development,assessment, recording and reporting of subjects and areas oflearning across key stages as agreed with theHeadteacher
* To devise,implement and review individual education plans, individualbehaviour plans and other relevant individual plans in conjunctionwith other staff
* Toorganise the classroom, its resources, student groupings anddisplays to provide a stimulating learning situation appropriatefor students
* Adequatelyplan to ensure the safety of students, in line with riskassessments, while both on and off site
* To ensure Learning SupportAssistants/Tutors/Instructors and care staff (where necessary) arewell briefed and able to produce appropriate and effectiveresources/teaching aids

Our new Options Autism School -Claystone School in Luton, Bedfordshire will have capacity for48 pupils ages 4-11 years old and will cater forpupils who have ASC and Complex Needs and is due to openJanuary 2025.
