We are recruiting for a leading law firm working across East Anglia, looking for an experienced Personal Assistant within their Conveyancing team in their Lowestoft office. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Providing effective and efficient secretarial support to the Conveyancing team Organising diaries and making appointments for fee earner(s) Keeping Records up to date and general filing (both paper & electronic documents) Archiving Files Typing up Legal Documents, including transcribing audio dictation, correspondence, emails, and all other like documents Answering the phone and making a documented record Covering reception as and when required Skills & Experience: Conveyancing experience is essential Excellent audio typing skills Good written and oral communication skills Be able to work as part of a team The confidence to liaise with clients and third parties Ability to prioritise workload This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5 pm with one hour for lunch each day).
