We are recruiting a full-time permanent Site Manager/Installation Operations Supervisor to join our client's team based in Scunthorpe. Are you a skilled coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're looking for an Install Operations Supervisor to lead our client's customer service site resolutions, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with the sales team to understand project requirements and provide quotations.
2. Plan and manage on-site work, allocating resources effectively.
3. Oversee field-based engineers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
4. Monitor budgets, report variations, and collaborate with finance teams.
5. Arrange deliveries, tools, and vehicle servicing to support operations.
6. Onboard subcontractors, negotiating rates and terms.
7. Gather customer feedback and drive continuous process improvements.
Experience & Skills Required:
1. Experience in coordinating field-based engineers and subcontractors.
2. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel as required.
