Reward Analyst to join our Reward team, holding responsibility for conducting research, analysing data and providing recommendations related to reward and benefits. Location: Hybrid, Oxford based Salary: £36,024 - £44,263 per annum Contract: Full Time, Permanent About Us The reward team is responsible for delivering a grading service and providing specialist reward advice to managers and HR partners. About the Role • Benchmark and analyse reward data to support pay and benefits strategies. • Use HR systems to generate insights and optimise reward reporting. • Support pay reviews, reward programs, and recognition schemes. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful reward initiatives. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts. About You • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI preferred). • Ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects. • Knowledge of compensation regulations and reward structures. • Experience in HR/payroll systems (desirable).
