I am seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to support my client's Marketing Manager in executing a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for content creation and a knack for managing key marketing channels. Please note this role is onsite.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage CRM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Public Relations as key marketing channels.
* Craft high-quality, engaging content that showcases the brand’s products, services, and heritage.
* Develop and implement growth strategies for subscription assets, including email marketing and social media.
* Maintain PR relationships with key press contacts and manage external agencies for digital and print media.
* Coordinate the purchase and organisation of branded merchandise and POS advertisements for the sales team.
* Produce informative and educational copy for various media, including product packaging, website blogs, social media, press releases, and POS.
* Collaborate with the e-commerce and graphics teams to ensure cohesive delivery of content and visuals across all digital channels.
* Organise educational seminars and support major barbering events across the UK.
* Analyse and report on marketing performance using tools like Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Semrush, and Google Analytics.
* Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations to share insights and performance with the sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in marketing and communications.
* Strong content creation skills with the ability to engage and inform.
* Experience with email marketing, social media management, and PR.
* Familiarity with Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Semrush, and Google Analytics.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
