Responsibilities Take charge of managing the execution of various individual projects and workstreams from their inception to their conclusion. Serve as a primary liaison for clients, external stakeholders, and the internal team across different workstreams and accounts. Create, maintain, and supervise the development of internal trackers and comprehensive project timelines. Formulate and assess agendas for project update/status meetings; facilitate all internal project update/status meetings; review the resulting minutes and action items. Oversee the execution of, and participate in, on-site or virtual client meetings as necessary. Draft initial budget proposals from the ground up and evaluate budget drafts prepared by other team members. Engage in discussions regarding client pricing and budget matters. Participate in the creation of materials for new business initiatives, including proposals, statements of work, and pitch presentations. Play a role in delivering presentations during new business meetings, whether in person or virtually. The ideal candidate A degree – scientific field preferred but not essential Previous experience within a medical communications agency – essential Must have experience within medical affairs Excellent attention to detail with good presentation skills Previous line management experience
