Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Team Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Team Manager in leading a multi-disciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless service delivery and team motivation across our Training Areas, Ranges, and Camps, while meeting customer and contractual requirements.
Days of work: Between Monday & Sunday
Shifts run between: 07:30 – 23:30
Hours of work: 37 per week
Night Shifts: On occasion, coverage for night shifts may be required from 19:00 to 07:00. In such cases, overtime will be compensated at 1.5 times the regular rate or as Time Off in Lieu (TOIL). Advance notice will be provided.

Main Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the Operations, Training Estate Public Safety, and Facilities Team
* Manage daily workloads, ensuring timely and high-quality task completion
* Support team performance, welfare, and skills development
* Oversee resource allocation and accommodation management
* Assist with risk assessments and method statements
* Maintain HR, Health and Safety, and compliance records
* Ensure compliance with operating systems and guidelines
* Supervise training area usage, inspections, and documentation
* Promote health, safety, and continuous improvement
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong people management, communication, and organisational skills
* Knowledge of Health and Safety (COSHH, IOSH Managing Safely
* Experience in workload scheduling and work order processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Understanding of KPIs and contractual requirements
* Willing to participate in on-call duties
* A valid UK driving licence is essential due to remote location and some travel requirements
