We need people to join us who have an upbeat attitude and friendly persona who want to make a substantial difference to the lives of the people we support within our Adult Disability Service. It is not essential that you have a background in Health and Social Care, you just need to have a good heart and a caring nature. You will support people with disabilities within a day service setting to take part in a range of in-house activities. We're looking for people who will bring compassion, empathy and a sense of purpose into the lives of others. You will help people to learn new skills, provide assistance to someone who has a disability or needs support with aspects of their care. You will support someone in the day service or on occasional trips out and about in the community. You'll have plenty of opportunity to progress with training and gaining qualifications whilst you work.
