Role: Business Manager
Location: Chester
Salary: £35,000 OTE £65,000 plus Car!
Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a main car dealership in Chester to find them an experienced Business Manager (New & Used Cars).
Responsibilities:
1. Focus on the sales strategy to increase sales revenue and profit in accordance with a growth plan and retention of current customers.
2. Ensure compliance and regulatory sales processes in order to treat customers fairly.
3. Adhere to retail policies in compliance with legal and manufacturer guidelines in order to pass internal/external audits.
4. Achieve customer satisfaction and brand standard requirements for brand partners.
5. Ensure Sales Executives are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence.
6. Facilitate for all Sales Executives ensuring they are trained and reviewed to the required standards and support the sales team through coaching and development.
7. Maintain relationships with internal colleagues, brand partners, finance and insurance partners.
8. Adapt to each customer and ensure the finance package is tailored to their individual needs.
9. Have experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive.
You'll work Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, with 1 in 3 weekends off, plus a day in the week! Lead a team of 8 Sales Executives. The dealership is offering a basic salary of £35,000 OTE £65,000 and a company car!
