Account Manager – desk based - (no Sales)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person who loves customer service and account management.
My client has just won a major new client and are expanding their team as a result. This role is very much about building relationships with clients. There are no sales involved and you will have an existing portfolio to develop and manage.
Full training will be given and you will be buddied up with another account manager who will mentor you while you learn the ropes.

The role pays a basic salary of £26k plus a £3k bonus (the bonus is guaranteed for one year and after that is very achievable – most people achieve the full bonus).
The ideal Customer Service Account Manager will be:

* Numerate and computer literate (Word and Excel) – Grade B/or level 6 GSCE Maths
