Job type: Permanent, full-time Lester Aldridge have an exciting opportunity for a planning lawyer to join our busy Chambers ranked Planning and Infrastructure team, primarily based in our Southampton office. You will have gained some experience within the planning sector, and will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will be supported in managing a caseload including a varied range of planning practice, both contentious and non-contentious. This will include delivering advice on non-contentious matters, such as strategic decision-making and advice, drafting and negotiating planning obligations and planning due diligence, for a range of mainly developer clients, but you will also have the opportunity to assist in contentious matters, including judicial reviews and CPOs, as well as assisting in developing the team’s growing natural capital practice.
