The School is partway through a 5-year, new School Building Project, providing a fantastic opportunity for a suitably experienced and skilled Estates Manager with a proven record of success. The successful candidate will be:
* An excellent Estates Manager with the ability to inspire and develop a high-quality learning environment for the school community.
* Skilled and experienced in facilities management and in leading others.
* Possessing a clear understanding of the provision of outstanding safeguarding and health and safety activity.
* A Manager with the vision and commitment to providing outstanding buildings, facilities, and resources for the SEND community.
