Description
1. Running the day activities in Haus of Strauss London, this includes in-person fittings, incoming product requests and outreach to stylists, talent, managers, agents, publicists, etc.
2. Supporting the tracking of coverage, sharing results and assisting with budget management
3. Supporting with planning and executing Haus of Strauss seasonal programming and events
4. Assist with identifying talent/influencers/tastemakers for Haus visits, brand partnerships and events.
5. Maintain an organized database of Haus contacts including talent, managers, stylists etc…
6. Place seasonal product orders and work closely with order management team to track all delivery due-in dates weekly to ensure Haus is receiving product in a timely manner
7. Support with customization projects for talent working closely with Levi’s tailors and outside vendors
8. Support in the curating of lookbooks, packaging,
9. Support in the preparation and execution of key events eg logistics for talent, securing VIP attendance, RSVP management.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends, upcoming talent and competitive activities
11. Deep understanding of seasonal collections – ability to recommend product and looks to Haus guests, assist guests with fit and styling tips.
Candidate Requirements
You will have:
12. Degree in Business, Fashion, Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or Journalism, or equivalent in experience
13. 2-4 years of experience in VIP relations with a global fashion, apparel or lifestyle brand/industry
14. An existing network of London’s movers and shakers across fashion, music, lifestyle and entertainment
15. Experience in events management
16. Good written, communications and presentation skills
17. Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
18. Agile thinker and comfortable with ambiguity
19. Strong interest in center of culture: fashion, music, sustainability, and consumer trends
20. Creative thinker with a proactive mindset
21. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
