* Prepare letters, cancellation documents, gift vouchers, and brochures to send to customers.
* Maintain accurate records and administration duties, including processing travel documents and liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth holiday experiences for customers.
* Foster strong relationships with hoteliers and suppliers, making bookings, updating numbers, and discussing key information to ensure successful tours.
* Demonstrate attention to detail, being diligent and professional in your approach, with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Stay informed about sales performance, communicating numbers to suppliers and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements:
* A strong knowledge of UK and European geography, with a keen interest in our products and services.
* The ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, with excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach.
* Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
