Data Analyst -PEP (Partner Excellence Program) analytics and reporting, including providing monthly management reporting, including but not limited to -Compliance of Strategic and Preferred (S&P) supplier spend -Growth of PEP Partners -Business review completion to target -Partner Performance -Program controls -Providing management reporting to each country / region on potential opportunities to increase compliance with S&P partners -Reporting of key KPIs, integration of PEP metrics from multiple systems and technology -Supporting PEP database of partners, ensuring accuracy with other systems i.e. global spend dashboard and Vendor Master Data Files -Assist with maintaining Supplier Partner List -Providing flexible reports in accordance with business needs -Close cooperation with all regional PEP leads, gathering reporting requirements, receiving and addressing feedback -Collaboration with Risk and Governance workstream to assist in data requirements -Close cooperation with data analytics team to ensure data accuracy for PEP needs -Knowledge sharing, providing reporting tools / dashboards demos and training sessions where required -Manage PEP Smartsheet User Access and manage any changes required for PEP Smartsheet workflow -Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
