Job summary We are looking for temporary support for our existing friendly, hardworking secretarial team. This will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months. We are looking for this role to start as soon as reasonably possible. x1 vacancy for 10 hours per week across 2 days. Candidates must be able to work 6 hours on Monday and 4 hours on Thursday. Unfortunately the days of the week are non-negotiable due to practice need. Currently operating from two sites (The Chislehurst Medical Practice & The Woodlands Practice) there are 9 partners, with 6 salaried doctors and full complement of nurses including ANP and HCA. Main duties of the job This role is to support the practice by delivering an efficient, caring and respectful service to our patients. We require our secretary to provide a friendly and helpful primary care service on behalf of the practice.The ideal candidates must be a team player able to adapt to changing work practices and be flexible to cover sickness and holidays. The ideal candidates must have attention to detail as accuracy is a key requirement of the role. You must also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
