Sales Manager - Estate Agency - 12 month FTC

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where building lasting client relationships is key? We’re looking for a motivated and passionate EA Sales Manager to join our Estate Agency team. You’ll play a critical role in managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers, understanding their business needs and helping them maximise the value of Rightmove’s products and services. As part of a supportive and forward-thinking sales team, you’ll be instrumental in driving our customer success and retention efforts while contributing to the ongoing growth of Rightmove. What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of EA clients, helping them get the most from their Rightmove membership. This means:
1. Building strong and trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.
2. Understanding each customer’s unique business needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
3. Driving usage and adoption of Rightmove tools and data to demonstrate value and ROI.
4. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Rightmove product suite.
5. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and activity within our CRM system.
7. Meeting and exceeding agreed customer engagement and retention targets.
Who you are
You’re a confident communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a customer-facing role. You’ll ideally bring:
8. Proven success in a sales, account management, or customer success role.
9. Experience in the property, media, or tech sectors (preferred but not essential).
10. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a consultative approach.
11. A commercial mindset and the ability to spot growth opportunities.
12. High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability.
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
14. A collaborative spirit with a desire to contribute to team success.
