Senior Creative (Copy-led) We’re looking for a culture-obsessed, ideas-and- copy-led Senior Creative to join our London team. You understand the importance of strategy, ideas and execution, and have the ability to bring them all together. You’re media agnostic and comfortable with developing solutions across whichever format or media will deliver the best results. From entertainment formats to experiential, branding to cultural programming – our strength is our ability to adapt to whatever is best for each project. We're looking for you to Develop and execute highly effective creative ideas across a wide range of media formats and channels by ensuring bad things don’t happen to good ideas. Work closely with our brand partners, internal team and community to understand creative, cultural and commercial objectives & developing creative solutions that deliver against them. Develop culturally-relevant and valuable formats that reach people in the places they're already spending time, across a wide-range of mediums, from documentaries and future-focussed media platforms, to partnerships with influential creators and publishers. Communicate effectively to deliver clarity, understanding, excitement, alignment and buy-in from teams and stakeholders through compelling copywriting that says a lot with a little. Support cultural research, insights and strategy on brand projects and simplify every aspect of what we do to make even the complex seem simple, from process to ideas & deliverables. ABOUT YOU You’ve got at least 5-ish years experience working as a creative in cross-functional teams to produce disruptive, integrated campaigns for an agency, publisher or in-house for a major brand. The right person for this role will have: A strategic mind, a passion for culture, data, insight, big ideas and an ability to balance creative and commercial objectives. An abundance of fresh references and the ability to realise iconic ideas from presentation through to execution. A way with words: elevating internal and external projects with impactful copy, and owning the copywriting for our branding and design work – crafting an ownable tone of voice for our brand partners and guidelines to support it. A great understanding of the cultural zeitgeist and knowledge of what’s happening within a diverse range of creative cultures, from fashion to politics, food to luxury and beyond.
