What we’re looking for:
Are you a passionate marketing professional with good analytical skills, looking for an exciting opportunity to enhance your expertise? Warners Group Publications plc is seeking a mid-level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bourne. The vacancy allows for plenty of growth and opportunities to progress within the business.
Applicants should be a team player who can collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects as both a creative and critical thinker with an eye for detail. If you thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment and are eager to make an impact in the digital and publishing industry, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Email marketing: Assist the Marketing Manager in the design and creation of engaging marketing emails with maximum impact for our Hobbies, Gaming and Aquatics brand portfolio.
2. Web content management: Assist in uploading and optimising editorial content for our websites that encourage conversions and enhance user experience. All-round knowledge of SEO and content management systems is preferred, but not essential.
3. Organic and paid social media: Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the social media strategies for brands across our portfolio, including asset creation and content scheduling. Familiarity with paid social and Facebook/Meta ads is a plus.
4. Reporting and analytics: Monthly and annual reporting of the above which will help to tailor our digital marketing strategies. Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is desirable.
