Job summary We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and motivated individual to help deliver the Trust's Outpatient Transformation programme and initiatives. This is a high profile role and will include responsibility for Outpatient Transformation projects alongside leading other improvement programmes. You'll work closely with clinical, administrative and operational leads across the Trust, working together to drive improvements. The role will involve using data, change management and improvement science methods to implement positive changes in how we deliver our services. You will be able to quantify and demonstrate improvements in performance and have experience in working with clinical and operational teams to implement and embed sustainable change.If you're passionate about making a real impact, this is the role for you You will lead on a number of major work programmes and will ensure robust management, co-ordination and monitoring of these. To work with clinical, administrative and operational leads across the Trust to lead transformation projects and drive service improvements. To identify potential opportunities to improve efficiency, performance or income generation using examples of best practice from other organisations To be accountable for the successful tracking of the work programmes they are responsible for and to escalate risks in a timely manner to enable delivery to stay on track.
