The marketing team is seeking a talented and results-driven Customer Marketing Campaign Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility and changing environment.
This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of Marketing Campaigns, cross-channel marketing strategies, and delivering business impact.
The Customer Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, orchestrating, and optimizing global innovative and impactful customer marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging segmentation & data.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing campaigns that foster customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
You: Your responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments to drive customer lifetime value.
Creative agency coordination: Effectively brief and coordinate projects with creative agency.
Leverage data : Utilize customer data to segment audiences based on behavioral and transactional data, ensuring highly personalized and relevant messaging.
Cross-Channel Marketing : Implement and optimize cross-channel campaigns including email, web, push notifications, paid media, and social media to create cohesive customer journeys.
Customer Insights & Analytics : Analyze customer data and campaign performance to derive actionable insights that will inform future strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration : Work closely with product, commercial and other marketing teams to ensure all marketing is grounded in customer (and competitor) insights.
Automation & Personalization : Utilize marketing automation tools to deliver personalized experiences, optimizing timing, content, and frequency to maximize customer engagement.
Support change management : Effectively drive internal adoption of new campaigns and processes.
Testing & Optimization : Continuously test and optimize campaign elements and performance (subject lines, CTAs, creative, conversion etc.) to drive ROI.
Reporting & Communication : Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has: · 3 years of experience in customer marketing, digital marketing, or campaign managemen t, with hands-on experience in cross-channel marketing and automation tools.
· Coordinated projects with creative agencies.
· You are familiar with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and experience with A/B testing, reporting, and optimization.
· You are familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce) and reporting tools (Tableau) · You are data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform campaign decisions and track ROI.
· You have cross-channel expertise and proven track record of executing cross-channel campaigns, including email, web, social media, and digital advertising.
· You have project management skills, strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· You’re fluent in English (mother tongue) with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to internal stakeholders.
· You inspire others with a positive attitude and empathy toward the needs of customers and colleagues.
· You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
