Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the proactive planning, implementation and support of our global customer relationship management system (CRM) and to ensure that Salesforce is being fully utilised to meet key business objectives. This individual will act as the Nielsen Brandbank CRM knowledge expert and will execute the day to day support and improvement of the CRM platform, embracing the challenge of solving critical business problems.
Location : Norwich
Responsibilities
1. Salesforce administrator for the NIQ Brandbank global commercial teams.
2. Responsible for the implementation, adoption and enhancement of the Salesforce platform across the global organisation.
3. Daily administration and support of the Salesforce application and sales users, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
4. Explore innovative and automated approaches, identifying those that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
5. Evaluate new Salesforce releases and apps; owning and managing plans for implementation
6. Develop, create and maintain customized reports and dashboards.
7. Work with business stakeholders to define required features and map salesforce features to business processes
8. Support delivery of training and the creation of training materials and user documentation for processes, policies and application configurations
9. Review with the commercial teams on improvements to the processes they follow and how we can implement that into our CRM platform.
10. Continuous improvement via self-learning, training and certifications to stay abreast of technology advancements
Requirements:
11. Proficiency in using Flow Builder to create Flow automations
12. Proficiency in creating, reports, dashboards, custom fields, validation rules and lightning record pages
13. Knowledge or previous experience using Pardot
14. Experience using DataLoader or other data import tools
15. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
16. Demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Administrator
17. Salesforce Administrator certified or equivalent experience and willingness to work towards certification
18. Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines, effectively prioritise and execute multiple requests at any one time, in a fast paced and ever changing environment
19. Experience of proactively driving change projects through to successful completion
20. Ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements and translate into solutions
21. Demonstrated technical competence underpinned by commercial application
22. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
23. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
24. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
25. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
26. Knowledge/experience of working with FMCG/Retailers/Suppliers
27. Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
