Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this role will work within the Events and Marketing Team to execute and enhance marketing strategies, communications, and events. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving the UK Marketing team’s output, ensuring cohesive messaging, and supporting both internal and external campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and manage social media campaigns and content to increase audience engagement.
* Marketing Collateral Creation: Assist in developing and coordinating marketing materials for the UK sales team.
* Campaign Execution: Contribute to the execution of marketing strategies, including email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
* Data Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Event Support: Assist with promoting marketing and sales events through asset development and online campaign creation.
* Internal Communications: Support the implementation of the internal communications strategy to ensure consistent messaging.
* Digital Campaign Management: Build and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Content Updates: Maintain and update internal and external websites.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to gather marketing requirements and create detailed briefs.
Education and Experience
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in a marketing or communications role is desirable.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
Skills and Attributes
* Strong enthusiasm for marketing and communications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to tasks.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experienced with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
Working Arrangements
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Location: On-site at Arthrex’s Medical Education Centre in Solihull.
