We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Security Operations Manager to drive the daily security operation and manage the security team from an operational perspective, ensuring a high level of service delivery and contractual compliance. A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential Previous Security Management Working towards or obtained a Security Management qualification Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels. Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure. Full UK Driving License. Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Coordinate and manage the staffing of the security team ensuring that all staff are thoroughly trained, briefed, inducted and capable of delivering an excellent security service accompanied with strong customer service Build a strong working relationship with the client, supporting them with strategic security aims, goals and helping to embed a security culture across the site Ensure weekly reports are delivered promptly and presented well Coordinate routine checks on licensing, uniform, and site emergency procedure knowledge Ensure Incident Reports are completed to a good standard and circulated promptly following any notable incidents that occur on site Effectively manage scheduling & planning to ensure full compliance with the manning chedule for the site Have an awareness of HR procedures and be responsible for driving and mataining discipline on site, escalating any issues to the client please note: these are the key elements of the role and a full Job Description will be provided Diversity is important to Corps Security; we believe that each individual has unique talents to contribute to the business.
