Sandal is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. This key role is critical to Sandal, one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI retailers in the area, as we strive to deliver a premium service for our customers. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Service department.

We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with a background in administration, particularly in vehicle service administration. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, emphasizing your ability to manage administrative procedures thoroughly and efficiently.

You'll be tasked with managing diverse responsibilities within strict deadlines while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy and successful Aftersales department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, accurately, and proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately invoicing repair orders to ensure prompt payment processing
2. Handling warranty and servicing invoicing
3. Performing various administrative duties associated with the service process
4. Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer’s warranty claims, processes and procedures
5. Ensuring technician write-up reports are accurate and complete
Desired Skills:
1. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or in a similar position within the automotive industry is preferred
2. Understanding of vehicle operations and experience with vehicle warranty claims is highly advantageous
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
4. Excellent communication skills, with both colleagues and customers
5. Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work
6. Experience within this role is highly preferred as is experience of Keyloop Drive systems (Previously Kerridge) and other dealer management systems.
