Company: Marsh Commercial Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh.. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Sales Leader to monitor, coach, and develop the regional sales team, while also championing sales initiatives and maintaining personal sales performance. This role will focus on the SME segment, prospecting companies with a minimum turnover of £3m upwards. We will count on you to: Support execution of the annual growth strategy for the business within the region, in tandem with the Regional Sales Leader. Develop and coach colleagues within the regional sales team and support their career development, including strategic risk-based prospecting and negotiation skills. Identify opportunities for new business, driving the new business funnel while delivering personal sales targets. Lead, support, and execute national and international growth campaigns in the region. Chair regular sales meetings and advocate for the correct use of pipeline management sales tools. Provide monthly data-driven management reports on performance and pipeline. What you need to have: Experience in a sales or client-facing role. Proven record of achieving targeted results and a strong understanding of client business issues.
