We are seeking a highly organised and proactive ZOI Coordinator to join our team at our Nottinghamdepot.
The primary focus of this role is to plan, coordinate and execute Streetworks activities from the back office.
The Zone of Interest Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating telecom infrastructure projects within designated zones.
This position requires strong organizational skills, telecom or utilities experience, and proficiency in using various systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate telecom infrastructure projects within designated zones.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient project delivery.

System Management: Utilise various project management and telecom systems to monitor project progress, track resources, and manage documentation.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in all systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues promptly.

Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients within the zone of interest.
Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or queries from clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any non-compliance issues.

Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively across projects.
Monitor resource utilisation and identify any potential shortfalls or excesses.
Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members as required.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financial performance, and other key metrics.
Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis.
Person Specification: Familiarity with Streetworks regulations NRSWA Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities Capability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Competent with MS Suite, especially Excel Interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to prioritise own workload.
Can-do attitude in a dynamic team environment Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
