IT Service Desk Technician - Barnsley (2 days WFH) - £31K
Due to recent promotions and internal growth, a close-knit IT consultancy based in Barnsley is looking to expand their 2nd Line team.

Key Skills required:
* Previous experience in either a support desk or field/customer facing role
* Windows Server 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
* O365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive
* Azure AD
* Networking - good experience with firewall technologies, VPNs etc
* Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets, and reports
* Exchange Server experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administering 1st & 2nd Line support requests, accurate call logging, and relevant escalation when necessary. Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and line management whilst sharing experience and skills where applicable.
