This role is working on a hybrid basis, 3 days per week from any of our offices located in the UK (Staines-upon-Thames, Cheadle, Bristol, Peterborough) and 2 days per week from home
Job Summary:
The ESI Business Security Office is a function of ADP's Global Security Organization (GSO). They enable the ADP Employer Services International (ESI) organization to effectively manage security within the business. BSO associates work closely with Business Units to ensure clients and associates are aligned with current security practices and policies. Each Business Unit has a Business Security Analyst (BSA) assigned, who works closely with (Senior) Management on all GSO-related topics.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Resilience: Support the business in resilience through business continuity planning, managing incidents, and crisis management.
2. Risk Management: Identify, document, and monitor BU risks and controls, provide risk reporting, and advise on risk mitigation.
3. Incident Management: Provide governance and support for established Business Incident and Technology Incident processes.
4. Product Security: Partner to ensure product security through reporting and collaboration with product management and GSO experts.
5. Relationship Management: Enhance relationships with BUs at all organizational levels.
6. Security Culture: Provide training and engagement opportunities to associates, supporting the adoption of security programs.
7. Business Value: Position security as a differentiator for clients and drive business growth through metrics and analysis.
8. Technology Transformation: Actively support ADP's technology and cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Deliver dedicated security services for the ESI UK, Ireland, Sweden, and Netherlands Business Units.
2. Act as a Security Consultant to BU Senior Leaders and associates.
3. Help mitigate risk and protect privacy while anticipating emerging threats.
4. Represent GSO's converged security organization across various disciplines.
5. Provide consultation on client inquiries, audit requests, and security terms in contracts.
6. Occasional travel to ADP, Vendor, or Client sites may be required.
Reporting Lines:
The Business Security Analyst reports into the EMEA Senior Director Business Security Office, covering multiple countries.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
2. English language fluency required.
3. Information Security certifications are desirable.
4. Experience in security and/or risk management in a complex business environment.
5. Experience in business process improvement or project management.
6. Knowledge of security methodologies and best practices.
7. Understanding of information systems and software development.
8. Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications.
9. Basic knowledge of HR or payroll processes is a plus.
