They are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Irvine, Ayrshire.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for aviation MRO operations.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to optimize supply chain operations and maintain high levels of efficiency.
3. Monitor inventory levels of critical aircraft components and materials, ensuring timely procurement to support maintenance schedules.
4. Manage transportation logistics for aircraft parts and equipment, including arranging shipments and tracking deliveries.
5. Implement and maintain best practices for supply chain management in the aviation MRO industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
6. Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
To be successful for the roles, candidates will ideally meet all or most of the following requirements:
7. Proven experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
8. General understanding of aviation MRO supply chain principles, practices, and regulations.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and other ERP software.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
11. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
13. Strong organisational and time management skills.
