Hours: 10-15 hrs per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to £12.05 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience

About you
You are looking for a career in childcare, having already gained some experience working with children or young people.
You’re enthusiastic, creative, and open-minded, and you're keen to learn whatever it takes to become an outstanding early years educator, working with children from 4-12 years.
You have a natural, nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and you care about learning and education standards in the UK.
What you'll be doing
You'll likely start most of your days with a fully formulated plan. However, pivoting when circumstances call for it is a regular occurrence in childcare!
Creativity is key. Teaching young children allows for hands-on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It’s important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged. Of course, we work within the EYFS standards, but that doesn't stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
What you'll need
* A desire to learn about the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage Framework)
* An understanding of (and commitment to) safeguarding
* Desire to build a career within early years
* Good communication skills
* Experience of having worked with children up to the age of 12 is advantageous
* A reflection of the Storal values around responsibility, openness, and working together
